Conducted surveys and interviews with home cooks and bakers (ages 17–29) to understand how they currently store and use recipes.
Identified common behaviors like screenshot saving, bookmarking, and handwritten recipe tracking.
Analyzed pain points around organization, scaling ingredients, and preserving family recipes.

Recipes are fragmented across platforms, causing loss of information and frustration.
Users struggle with manually adjusting ingredient quantities.
Many users want a visual, intuitive way to preserve family recipes.

Created a centralized digital recipe hub for saving, organizing, and customizing recipes.
Introduced smart upload options (photo, paste link, manual entry).
